By using SoundCloud or other such internet services, this app indirectly pushes users into trades (data trading, attention trading). These services collect data about the users in order to allow users to use them, or may push ads (e.g. radio stations) for the same reasons.

  • Playback of non-MPD songs – via simple in-built HTTP server.

  1. Perhaps this is the best audio player on Linux. It can play pretty much any formats, it can also stream from online sources + you can even add in radio stations. You can create as many playlists as you want and tweak pretty much everything about its interface. You can use it in simple mode (small – compact) or extended mode.
